Our facility and office are located at 15151 Hwy 231 / 431 N in Hazel Green, AL. We are about 1 mile north of Walmart and 2 miles south of Fayetteville, TN on Hwy 23/431. We are located in Hazel Green serving North Alabama communities as well as Fayetteville TN neighbors.

We want to be around as much as we can so that you are never wanting for the assistance you need to complete your move. That’s why we’re open six days a week, Monday through Saturday. Stop by Monday through Friday between 9:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. or on Saturdays between 9:00 a.m. and 1:00 p.m. to get the best customer service around.

Storage units are accessible from 6:00 am to 10:00 pm everyday. This is everyday of the week including holidays. There are a handful of premium storage units with 24/7 accessibility so please contact our Office Staff if this suits better.

Many of our spaces feature climate/temperature control, which is designed to protect your belongings from the harmful effects of rapidly changing temperature. These units maintain a consistent temperature inside the space throughout the year, preventing against the build up of moisture. Actually, you can get all your moving and packing supplies right here in our office! Come by during our office hours to get affordably priced boxes, wardrobe boxes, glass/dish packing kits, tape, bubble wrap, mattress covers, sofa covers, and more! We aim to provide every piece of the storage puzzle, so allow us to be the only stop you have to make during your busy moving day.

Because we’re an authorized U-Haul dealership, you can rent a truck right here on our property! We have all the vehicles you could need, including pull-behind trailers, vans, and trucks in all shapes and sizes. Be sure to contact our team before your move to ensure that we have the vehicle that you need. We’ll be happy to accommodate you!

No, we do not charge a security deposit.

Yes, every unit should be secured/locked. We require disc style locks on all units as they are the most secure for self storage versus the old fashion U-shaped padlock. The disc style locks can be purchased in our office or at any local retailer. The disc style locks help deter criminal intent and the security and safety of the facility is important and we try to use best practices.

No, we do not keep a key to your storage unit.

We accept on-line payments, over the phone, in-person, via mail, or we can set-up no hassle automatic monthly payments. We try to make it easy with no convenience or credit/debit surcharge fees.

We take your safety and the security of your belongings very seriously. That’s why we’ve gone above and beyond to make our facility as safe as possible so you can have confidence in leaving your belongings in our care. We feature a fenced and gated property, accessed through electronic keypad entry to limit unauthorized individuals from coming onto the property. Each unit is individually secured (it is your high security disc style lock and you keep the key) and the entire facility is watched by a 24-hour video surveillance system. No, you do not have to purchase a disc style lock from us. You can bring your own disc style lock. We do require a disc style lock that helps deter criminal activity and we do require all units to be secured/lock.

Yes, we offer affordable tenant property insurance if you do not have coverage. We offer SafeStor coverage that starts as low as $ 8.95/month.
